1. What are the differences between white PP woven bags and transparent PP woven bags?
Answer: White PP woven bags use a white base, allowing printed colors to appear brighter and more vivid. The graphics look more attractive and the packaging has a higher visual brightness, which can enhance brand image and product appeal. Transparent PP woven bags, on the other hand, offer better tensile strength and durability. Customers can directly see the product and its quality, making them more effective for product display and promotion.

2. What is the difference between BOPP, pearl film, and metallized film?
Answer: BOPP is the most common and widely used PP woven bag packaging material. It is produced by laminating BOPP film directly onto a PP woven bag. Pearl film and metallized film are created by first laminating BOPP with pearl film or metallized film, and then laminating the combined film onto the PP woven bag. Pearl film gives the packaging a whiter and more premium appearance. Metallized film provides a bright metallic silver finish with excellent print quality and strong reflective effects. It also offers light-blocking and UV-resistant properties. Overall, pearl film and metallized film are upgraded versions of standard BOPP packaging.

3. How is the printing plate cost calculated? Can the Printing plate cost be free for customers ?
Answer: The more colors included in the design, the more printing plates are required. For example, for fertilizer packaging, the plate cost for a 25 kg bag is approximately USD 50 per color/plate, while a 40 kg bag is approximately USD 80 per color/plate. We sincerely hope to become your long-term supplier and partner. If your order quantity is large enough, we are willing to cover the plate-making cost. For smaller orders, we can provide discounts and gradually refund the plate cost through future orders to support a long-term partnership.

5. When is the best time to purchase packaging products?
Answer: The best time to purchase plastic woven packaging products from China is between May and November. During this period, demand for plastic woven packaging is relatively low, resulting in less pressure on raw material supply and more competitive prices. In addition, ocean freight rates are usually lower during the shipping off-season, providing further cost advantages.

6. If the production date or batch number changed, is it a new printing plate required each time?
Answer: No. Our company is equipped with UV coding equipment. During artwork design, space is reserved for dates and batch numbers. According to your requirements, we can print the specified production date, batch number, or other variable information during each production run without the need for a new printing plate.
